I no longer see the same way I used to… I was really bad to you, in the past. and I sincerely appologize…I never seek to put you down like I have bk when I was caught up in my ego. My goal is not tarnish your reputation in the least… It took me to long to respect your wishes and realize I was at fault for the outcome of what happened.. I know this now, and understand your hesitation in believing I’ve changed..however, In my present state if being… My happiness and peace of mind has nothing to do with my issues and past actions, they used to hold alot of importance..well, atleast to my ego, you see?… for too long I was a passenger to my emotions, blindly letting my overwhelming sense of passion orient my direction. No matter how YOU may feel about the past or Which way YOU choose to cope with it a past Wich by the way cannot be changed… I have chose tobaccepted that I was too blame and have moved on.. I no longer let it affect my state of being for today.. it is not who I chose to be… i only hope one day you’ll be able to do the same,

Techniques and Practices
Meditation is an an essential mindfulness technique on the road to dripping ones ego dry. Start by settling down, somewhere quiet and dim, preferably with minimal distractions, with your eyes closed, begin focusing your attention on your breath.. once that step is familier to you, you can comfortably proceed with the next step…now. let go of any though in your head.. without nessesarily trying to clear or steer it. Hear the sounds without ever Trying to identify to them.. just let it all be as it is.. notice the feeling of the surface your on, the way you can feel any little things comming into contact with your body.. notice your temperature, and when you are calm begin focusing your awareness on your different chakras. Noticing the slice between and around them as you count them down from your crown to your paranium. Become aware of your awareness… Contracting your intrensic muscles, imagine sucking the energy from the earth through your chakras like sucking water through a straw chakra by chakra, visualizing this energy rising up, all the to your crown and hold it… Let your self go, find your rythm and push yourself to go further into your self awareness..
daily practices
Meditation is best done early in the morning, when our brain waves are in a Theta State.. after my meditation I listen to the wise words of my Guru. Then I get in some physical exercise before breakfast.. I do some more breathing exercises to allow myself the time to become centered..after this I begin my chores and yardwork.. this is when I like to address personal issues and discover the best way I can tend to others, I avoid letting my awareness slip, when I feel like my ego is trying to take over, I bring my attention back to my breathing
